On Monday April 13 at 7 pm, please join the Penn Hebron Garden Club and the Penn Hills Shade Tree Commission at the historic Morrow Barn at 237 Jefferson Rd for a free showing of a new 60-minute film called The Extraordinary Caterpillar. This film shows how beautiful and unique caterpillars are a crucial ecosystem link between native plants and wildlife and features Dr. Doug Tallamy, the University of Delaware entomologist who wrote Bringing Nature Home, the groundbreaking book that explains the crucial link between native plants and native wildlife. Donations will be accepted to the Barn Fund to help take care of the gorgeous 192 year old Morrow Barn. Parking is limited so please carpool. Extra parking is available 3 doors down behind the Senior Center at 127 Jefferson Rd. ![]()
